GCMS notes say approved but nothing from CIC?

I just received GCMS notes that final was approved on Sep 23 2019, but nothing happens in my CIC account. When can I receive my CoPR letter?

Call IRCC and ask to verify if they've already sent you the PPR email.. also check your spam folder

I just called a couple of days ago, the agent is not patient. What he said is different from the GCMS notes. He said all steps was completed but final decision has not been made yet. The officer need to reopen the file. But the GCMS said final was approved.

Call again and hope to speak to a better agent. Did you check your spam folder?

I haven't checked the spam folder, but I think CIC should use MyCIC account to communicate. The GCMS notes said the deadline for sending CoPR is Nov 10. I suppose I will receive CoPR around Nov 10.

We cannot dictate how IRCC operates. I cannot stress this enough.. check your spam folder asap! I just had someone telling me today that he found the PPR in the spam folder and almost missed the 30 day submission deadline (by 2 days).. In case it's still not there, then call again and make sure. If they still say the same, then sure, wait.
