IQAS does it and we have received positive evaluations for many applicants. Dont know about CES.
Do not think otherwise, just apply at IQAS

I have got it evaluated as diploma not masters.

IQAS - 30th Oct 2018 Docs Delivered all at once ( IMT CDL 08-11 and Grad - DU )
AOR - 14th Jan 2019
Status- Assessing 16th Feb 2019 > Final Review 20th Feb 2019 > Complete 12th Mar 2019 > View Certificate 23rd Mar 2019.

Starts with IMM-XXXXXX.

1. 6 digit no (that was created while creating account only)
2. alpha numeric no that was received after making payment. Format is same 6 digit no, with IQAS few alphanumeric. Which one is file no

file no is you have got e-mail titles this one... Assessment Order Confirmation - File Number ******** , this no is your file no. It is also written in your receipt of payment which you got in e-mail

Assessment Order Confirmation - File Number 123456 IQAS0055555
So in this example, file no is
123456
OR
123456 IQAS0055555

Hi, I just called IMT CDL Ghaziabad to confirm transcript request procedure.
They are saying there is no separate document for transcript, they will just stamp and attest photocopy of mark sheets which act as transcripts.
Is that true ?

Yes they will stamp and sign photocopies u must have sent, u would receive an envelope from them which needs to be sent further to iqas

Thank you. Also, what should be the Attendance Start and End Date in IQAS application.
For 2 year PGDM, Mark sheet says May 2011 session. In Degree date mentioned 2014-2015. Two year delay because of project late submission.

Since IQAS is not processing applications till May 2020, is there any other organisation like WES , ICES OR ICAS which can provide an ECA for my 2 year PGDM course from IMT Ghaziabad ??????
