I haven't heard anything so far, profile status didn't change.

I heard it is likely to take around 20 to 30 days. To what address in Ottawa did you guys sent your passaportes to? My was submitted on Oct 21and received the day after.

Did you receive your passport back the day after?
Ottawa office received my passport the day after, (October 10) 21days today and I haven't heard anything yet... profile status didn't change.
So I guess next week I should receive it back

yes, my status changed on the portal to approved. I’m just waiting for the return envelope to be active.

I'm in the same now, last Saturday my status changed to approved, I'm just waiting for the return envelope to be active at Canada post as well.
