What are GCMS notes?
GCMS notes is a complete and most recent information from your Canadian immigration/visa file GCMS stands for the Global Case Management System, which is used by the Government of Canada to store and process all immigration and visa applications worldwide. If you have ever submitted any application to the Canadian immigration authorities – for example an application for permanent residence, for a visitor visa, study or work permit etc. – your application and all information about its processing is stored in GCMS You can request GCMS notes - information from your file stored in the system. Inside you will find immigration officers' notes that will allow you to understand how your current application is being processed GCMS notes can be requested from Canada or by a Canadian citizen only
