They are my kids from my first marriage and I have their sole custody.

What do you mean my online account? Wouldn’t they just send me an email like they normally do? I’ve never received something via mail in the past 10 months of my app. Where do I access this online account? Thanks for the reply.

Did you link you application to an online account? If yes, then you should be able to access your correspondence form your online account. Hope that help

It was kind of a phone interview for the PA. They asked questions about the relationship.

In some cases, they call PA for a face to face interview at NDVO.
