URGENT!! CANADA/USA POLICE CERTIFICAFE

Last time I did my IEC visa I was in Canada so I did all my documents there and it was easy.
Then I came back home and one year passed. Now I would like to reapply so I have to re-do my police record certificates.
I lived in Canada, in the USA and in my native country, so I need three certificates from these three countries.

From the last time I did the certificates I just travelled to Canada so that is the one I MUST re-do for sure plus the one from the country I come from, Italy.

My question is, since I didn't re enter in the USA, is it ok if I use my old USA police certificate? I couldn't do any crime in the country since I didn't re enter there.

Sorry, this question is a mess but I really don't know what to do since doing police certificates for other countries from Italy is really hard and extremely expensive.

Police certificates are generally considered valid for six months.

1. You don't require a Canadian Police check, CIC will do a name check.
2. If you are an Italian citizen then you can only apply for IEC once. So the Police checks are a moot point.

I have another citizenship so I am applying with that one. But it is for a country nobody knows so I used Italy to be more clear. It is San Marino.

Last time I applied CIC didn't do the name chack, I had to do a police report. I am asking mostly for the USA one
