Hi folks, a quick question - my ECAS is updated with a correspondence request yesterday (October 30) but I have not received the email correspondence yet. In the phone call with IRCC agent this morning it's confirmed to be a fingerprint request (with a request turnaround time of 5 business days). Just want to pick your brain on:
- Are fingerprint requests typically received through email vs. physical mail vs. both?
- Is the turnaround time of 5 business days reasonable?
