Congrats!!! I can't wait for that day)) Should be an unbelievable relief!

By 'MP' you mean Medical Passed? 5 months after AOR, wow! That's the 1st time I see MEP is that late! But who cares now since you got your pr! :)

My AOR is March 11, 2019 and still waiting with no news. I have my wife as a dependent so it probably takes longer to process.

it is quite a relief! Yes, in May the medical status changed to "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam" and it stayed this way till end of August. I even inquired about that via the web form sometime in July and they said that everything looks good, but it only changed to Medicals Passed much later. I guess they just don't update it very often.
Fingers crossed you'll get your PPR soon!

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to let you all aware of the fact that, some frauds are calling on behalf of CIC and convincing people that they have not submitted some kind of form upon landing to Canada and then asks for money. If they ask you to deposit money via a Bitcoin machine, please immediately disconnect and lodge a complaint to Canadian Anti fraud agency. They even spoof the CIC phone number 1-888-242-2100 and it's been increasing these days.

Please be aware of these scammers.
Thanks

Hello everyone! Me (main applicant - outside of Canada) and my wife (dependent - inland) finally received PPR.
It took us almost 9 months to get to this point since the date of AOR.
After 6+ months our application finally passed all stages but Senior Officer Review was required (Eligibility).
Obviously we started to worry a bit after such "good" news but one of our good friends told us it's not a bad sign, especially if you previously had visa rejection (I had my visa rejected 3 times in 2017). In this situation it's kind of a MUST review, so no worries.

After all, a positive decision was made and now it feels really good.
So, here is the message for those who still waiting: keep calm and keep believing - your ppr is coming soon!

As much as I understand situation, you have 2 possible ways to react:

1) if Review Required by Senior Officer - just wait patiently for the answer and pray. It's not a bad sign, but there are not much you can do now, so just believe it's all good. It arrives soon;

2) if you didn't pass Eligibility in the 1st place and regular (not Senior) officer works on your file - than try to understand (by calling or requesting notes) what the problem is - maybe you need to upload some additional docs to speed up the decision.

Anyways, God Bless you and good luck. Wish you all the best in your case.

Thanks for the helpful information.
I didn't receive any email on the review required. Ircc agent on the phone told me that no docs are required and there is nothing alarming in the application as per her.
She didn't confirm if it was senior officer or regular officer.
She mentioned that it was moved for review on Aug 8 to Montreal office.
