Will it be 459 before the year ends?
Dont think so. Too many applicants right now.
Draw usually are 460 above when the numbers of applicants are High.

The year-to-date total of 71,700 ITAs puts the Government of Canada 2,500 behind last year’s pace, which produced a record 89,800 ITAs.

Canada has higher admissions targets for the three Federal High Skilled economic immigration programs for 2019 and 2020, which means it could still surpass this record by the end of the year.

there might be 5 draws left to surpass last year. So 457 might go through by any back up back

I guess right now any outland applicants who don't have any Canadian degrees or experiences should try their best to get PNP, it seems like the only secure way of getting ITAs in the forseeable future based on the current trend

BTW, here is another way to predict the next draw (Assuming Nov 13th):
As we know, in 129th draw:
Draw Size : 3900
PNP : 1,527.83 (estimated using the inflow rate between 10/11/2019 ---10/25/2019; which is 1255/23*28 )
Score Bands excluding PNP: 8 (from 475-481, plus 481+ as another band)
Profiles per score(>470) : 296.52 [(3900-1527.83) / 8)]
Thus in the next draw:
PNP: 1002 (assuming half of Aug + half of Sep)
471-481+ added in next two weeks: 296.52/2* 12 bands = 1,779.13
471-475 Left in the pool now: 296.52 * 3 = 889.57
Total 471+ at the time of next draw = 3670.7
Cutoff = 471-[ (3900-3670.7) / 296.52 ] = 470.31

When will these PNPs stop screwing up the scores?

Did anyone receive ITA after today's draw? My CRS score is 478 but did not receive any notification. I applied on OCT 8 ( it does not matter since my score is above 475)

I do not see a problem here. I am not a religious person. I believe that you can wear religious symbols like a cross or a bible in you bag, under your clothes but when a woman HAS to cover her face in public ... Sorry, to me it sounds like an oppression.
Lots of things seem irrelevant, oppressive, regressive and filthy to others. It is better to keep these ideas to oneself rather than imposing on others.
Covering faces isnt the only thing that is contentious, but there are many more related to religion, races, countries and ethinicities. One's civility cant be judges by the dress code solely but there are more ethical and moral values that defines a society or a civilisation. Using provocative words towards people other than your own is a sign of bigotry itself. One should learn to accept diversity and multiculturalism.

I have a question. Does NOC matter for CRS score? I mean I have a master's degree from a recognized university and 4 years of full time work experience, and I am currently a PhD student at Canadian University. And my score is 459, how are you guys getting such high scores? I mean now I am wondering wether I made mistakes when filling out the application, or is it okay that I have 459? Also I am 33 years old :)
