Hi Nehakapoor05, by chance have you completed IMM5669e mandatory form? I need help with section 7 - education.
It is asking for full details of secondary and post secondary education. I studied in 10+2 system, in which there was a board exam for 10th and 12th. for 11th school conducted exam.
Should secondary education include include 10 to 12 school education?
Im not yet at section 2, waiting for some reference documents for section 1.

Will you change your work experience in EE profile according to your (yet to be received) reference letters ? Please don't be offended. I meant to say, can we change in EE profile ?

I’m not sure if you can change your profile or not.
However I’m not going to change anything in my profile just waiting for few documents from my previous employer.

My employer is not agreeing to mentioned the annual remuneration on the reference letter. Will it be accepted?Keeping in mind this reference letter is related to my job in 2009. Does SINP raise ADR for the current employment or for the past years (2009 in my case) ?

You can attach salary slip, tax document, offer letter to support your claim. Hopefully that should work.

NOC Code......
2171
Hi everyone,
Nice forum. I received ITA on the 17th Oct, 2019, score 68, NOC 1311. My POF was not ready then, but will be ready hopefully by November 17th or so, which is about a month to submission. I don't want to take chances. My options are:
1. Do nothing. Wait for expiration then re-submit EOI and wait in pool for ITA.
2. Submit Treasury bills as POF not up to3 months old at time of submission.
3. Cancel EOI B4 expiration and create a new EOI.
Please house,, are there other options? What is the best option? Thanks.
Per my understanding even the Treasury bills must meet the criteria of 90 days (3 months). Better option is to leave it to expire and submit EOI once you have sufficient PoF. Not sure if you can decline/cancel EOI.

Even I received ITA on 17 oct and have to submit my documents by 16 December.
I’m not sure about POF, you can search the forum and try to see if can get answers.
Regarding experience if you are within cut off points then I think u should be fine just put letter explaining why you misinterpreted your experience.
All the best :)
Hi Neha,

I emailed SINP ICT regarding POF 90days period and received below response:

Proof of funds must be attached to your application. They must:
· be official letters, official statements, and/or certificates from one or more financial institutions.
· have been maintained at least 3 months prior to submitting your application and maintained throughout the entire immigration process.
· be in the name of the principal applicant and/or spouse only.

Fund statements must show a detailed transaction history for at least three months before the date your SINP application is submitted and must include the type of currency, fund holder's name, contact information of the financial institution, account numbers, transactions and balances.
It is your responsibility to provide correct information in the EOI. You were invited based on information provided in your EOI.
Note that any claims made in your EOI profile must be verified in your submitted application.

If your EOI profile information does not match the information that you submit in an application, your application will be found ineligible and your non-refundable application processing fee of $350 will be forfeited. You can resubmit a more accurate EOI and may be eligible for future selection draws.

If you falsify information you will be suspended from applying to the program for two years.

As stated in the previous email your settlement funds needs to be there in your account 3 months prior to submitting an application. If you wish to apply under the SINP you need to meet all the eligibility criteria including the settlement funds. If you do not meet the requirements you will be deemed ineligible.

I hope this helps group members in making the right decision.

Please feel free to share your thoughts and appreciate inputs from recent applicants who submitted application without 90 days POF criteria.

Thanks,

JM

hi guys,

i think i might be in a similar situation except there were no ADR for me up until this point. Checked my SINP OASIS today and it shows the tab "VIEW INVOICE" below the IN PROCESS status again. What does that mean? Also on the settlement fund tab, the currency conversion is still in USD and not yet converted to Canadian Dollar. Anyone have the same situation? Does that mean my NOMINATION is coming soon?
