Applied Sds on 5th September, Need help

Hello everyone, i ieed hwlp here
I applied SDS visa online after 1 one time rejection, i first applied on 19th august and gave bio-metrics on 22nd august and got rejected on 28th august that i will not return back to India after my proposed study,

I re-applied on 5th septem with same bio-metric and medical but with a strong sop, but till now there is no- update , not even my medical result is updated,

I have already sent two web-forums and got reoly both time but the same email stating that my application is still in progress,

I need help, please tell me what all i can do

The only thing you can to is to just wait. Nothing much can be done.
