Hello..I came to canada on study permit and got married to a Canadian national. Then I withdrew my studies as the fee was not affordable so I applied for PR through spouse visa..But I don’t have yhe file number i just have a Receipt thats it..Unfortunately I got divorced and flew back to India..It has been an year
