Rejection Reason: Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

I want to apply again. Should I re-apply?

Thanks for reply!!

Please tell me is it fine?

I come from a financially well-established family. My family is sponsoring me with income form salary and land which is enough for bear my expenses. In relation to my residence being temporary, my family is very close to me. My father is deceased when I was small and I am living with my mother and elder brother. I feel fortunate that my mother allows me to study outside India as my mother cannot stay away from me because I am the youngest child of my family. Thus she only allows me to be away for studies and return thereafter. So I will definitely come back in sometime after completing my studies. My sole purpose of visit is to get a degree from a foreign university.

The main reason for opting supply chain management is that it has a lot of future scope in India due to booming online trade, globalization of industries and proliferation of product variety and shortening of product life cycles. This is a field which is a key to open many doors and I can go with any business such as manufacturing, logistics, transportation, retail, procurement or even e-commerce. There has been great increase in the online retail business with the help of e commerce during the last 10 years as in 2009 online retail business is 3.8 billion US dollars whereas in year 2016 it has been increased to 38 billion US dollars. So there are myriad of job opportunities in India as Supply Chain Industry always welcome more and more individuals having knowledge of supply chain management. Therefore, this post baccalaureate diploma in supply chain management in which I will study major subjects as marketing, business law & commercial contracts, statistics, operation management, information system for management, management accounting, global sourcing, logistics and transportation that will provide me a framework for developing knowledge and skills required for a successful and rewarding career.

Returning home because you are the youngest child is not a valid reason. What kind of work experience do you have? Is your degree in early childhood education? That has nothing to do with supply management.

Re-apply after getting your GCMS notes to know exactly why you were rejected.

Is your degree in early childhood education? If so your bigger issue is how to prove that supply chain management diploma makes sense based on your previous education and your lack of experience in manufacturing.

Yeah.... I got your point. Please tell me the solutions. How to justify my points as my previous application is refused on the following grounds.

  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Please tell me the points that should cover in SOP..............

I don’t have a solution. I would order CAIPS and try to address all the concerns.
