My educational points only being counted by 98!!! How?
I have one oversea 4-years bachelor's degree(have ECA) and one Canadian 2-years program education.
My educational point supposes to be marked as 128 by the fellowed rule:
(vi) 128 points, if the foreign national has two or more post-secondary program credentials and at least one of them was issued at the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or more.
For my ECA oversea education I answered:
Was ___ awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?
ANSWER---NO
Has ___ had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate?
ANSWER---Yes
Organization that issued the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)?
ANSWER---World education service (WES)
Level of education (Canadian equivalent) shown on Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report Your ECA report will tell you if your foreign education is equal to a completed Canadian degree, diploma or certificate. You must have the results of an ECA report to answer the question. If you are not sure what your result was, visit our website to understand what your ECA report results mean. (required)?
ANSWER-----Bachelor’s degree or other programs (three or more years) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
For my Canadian education I answered:
1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

Answer- No
3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.
Answer - NO
THAT IS 30 POINTS!!!!!
Is this my problem? or CRS's issue?
I have searched the other problem but no solution about it.
