Non accompanying to accompanying dependents

I would like to ask for an advise.
I just received my provincial nomination certificate from NSOI. I declared my 2 sons as non-accompanying. Is there anyway i can change it to accompanying before i will submit my PR application

Yes you should contact via webform and express that you want to change your whole family to accompanying.

I have another questions please

1) What are my obligations as Sponsor of my children if ever i will not be able to add them to my PR application?

2) What are the benefits they can get as sponsored children in Canada? what about the education?

3) Based on my researched, I am responsible for their medical before and after they landed in Canada till they reach 25years of age and that i have to pay all the social services that we will get to government. Please clarify more if there ares specific category only or i am responsoble as in for everything?
