SEPTEMBER 2019 *Outland* Spousal Sponsorship

Hello- I mailed my application from Texas on Aug 31st and it was finally delivered on Sep 18th. I think it took a while at customs and then got delayed because of Hurricane Dorian. I have noticed in many peoples' timeline lists there are delivered, received and acknowledged steps. For example:

How will I know if it was received? I have not gotten any emails and neither has my sponsor. I am still unable to link my application with any of my personal information.

Any suggestions?

We had the same issue - posted our application from the UK Sept 14 and it was held up in customs for ages. Neither UK Royal Mail or Canada Post updated the tracking page so according to the web it's still in transit, but when we called UK Royal Mail to ask, they said it was signed for on 1 October. Ugh! As for an email from them, just keep waiting. It's taking about 40-45 days at the moment I think, according to the spreadsheet people who delivered their applications on the 9th of Sept are only now starting to get their AORs. I advise patience
