Hi,

My cousin is trying for express entry or PNP visa. He has ankylosing spondylitis and is taking methotrexate medicine orally and exemptia injection once a month. Is this admissible for the entry? Will this be any issue for the medical test and if any declaration needed for this. Is there any type of medical test conducted by the authorities for analyzing this medical condition? Please let me know as he would like to confirm before applying.

Thanks

Yes, he has to declare it.

There is a high chance that he would be medically inadmissible. Biologics are extremely expensive medications. No one can confirm anything.
