closed work permit restoration

Hi, right now we are in a difficult situation. We applied PR (Express Entry-CEC) and got the file number in May 2019. We also got provincial nomination in March 2019 ( it is expired in Sep 2019) and supporting letter for applying work permit extension.

My husband applied for bridge open work permit and I applied for spouse work permit extension in June 2019. Then we got refused in Oct 2019 due to insufficient fee. Both of us need to do the restoration.

1, Does my husband have to do the restoration of closed work permit ? He held open work permit before.

2, If he needs apply closed work permit , is the closed work permit based on LMIA or LMIA exemption?

3, Can I still do the restoration of spouse work permit , or I have to do the restoration as a visitor?

4, Is it tricky to apply for the restoration of closed work permit ?

You / your husband can only restore back to a work permit if you have a job offer and approved LMIA. If you don't have a job offer and approved LMIA, you'll need to restore your status to visitor.

Unfortunately, I don't have approved LMIA.

When I restore my status to visitor, do I have to attach my application to my husband's work permit restoration? or I can apply the visitor independently ?

Do I need to provide any solid reasons when I apply for visitor in this situation?
