Passport has been released by Canada High Commission today and on its way to VFS Delhi.

Try calling them at 7:30 EST or around that time. I think I called at past 7 today

You would need to use an app such as Textme and then select a Canadian number. After that you call directly at 888-242-2100

Im inland and my pp got delivered to Ottawa on Oct 4. I just got approved yesterday, Oct 22.

I have the same delivery date as you from NY to Ottawa, haven't heard back until now. how do you know your passport are in the printing room, did you call them?
