Did your husband submit a notarized declaration about not sponsoring the child?

I have a very close situation about a dependent son, who will be finished his 22 in December 2019. I just had submitted our spousal application in November with my husband affidavit tell IRCC that he has removed his son from the application as he will not sponsor his son in the future as a family member. Is that enough to move IRCC to process now? or still, they might return my application

No one can say. You will just need to wait for IRCC's response.
