I received an invitation to apply for PR after my 1yr exclusion order. I have a total of 486 points as a federal skilled worker. Will I have any issues having my PR approved?
I had to leave Canada last year for over staying. I complied with all their requirements and received my certificate of departure. I graduated and worked in canada for over the last 9 years, I unfortunately forgot to renew my Trv while awaiting to be invited for PR as my work permit had expired.

There should be no issue since the exclusion order has ended. Make sure you are 100% honest about your immigration history in your application.

Thanks because I was advised once you received an exclusion order and you complied and left the country, Canada would still refuse you to come back as they don't accept those who had violated prior even if they say they d

They would refuse a temporary visa (e.g. work permit, study permit, visitor visa) since you abused your visa privileges in the past and did not follow the rules. This applies to temporary visas only. This does not apply to PR applications provided you are 100% honest about your history in the application.
