Last time it was very weird.
Applied : 13 NOV
Passport recieve : 13 DEC
but no refusal email was sent so I didnt know the reason for refusal or I cudn even reapply
I followed up several times and then I got my refusal email on 17 Jan.Applied for CAIPS and then worked on my fule again .
Oh, well i wish you all the very best this time round. I will too post my updates here.

While applying on 20th September i thought i have enough time, now it seems tight. I raised a web form and also marked them an email on delhiimmigration mail id. Received a standard response this morning that my file is under process and i will be updated as and when required.
i have decided not to go to canada for studies if i miss this intake. Will withdraw my fees and GIC. So lets just see what happens now.

Hmmm I see. Don't loose hope . Even i think there is very little time now. Even my biometrics ain't updated. More over last time i received my refusal letter after one month and half .

I am positive but i meant i wont be moving to canada through a study permit but through other options, wasting another year wont be wise at the moment. Which college and course are you applying for?

Hey Sunil i hope you are setting yourself nicely for canada, Since i am still waiting for my biometrics instruction letter, i wanted to know if your case was also of a gap (gap between last course in India to now in canada)? Mine is a 9 year gap of work experience or was it straight after previous college? I was just curious on my delay.
Unfortunately no reply to my email and even web form. Its been 19 days now.

Bio-metric Correspondence Letter - 16th Oct 8.16pm, Wednesday
Original Passport Request Mail - 16th Oct 10.15pm (Status Approved), Wednesday
20th Sep to 16th Oct - 26 Days (7 days delay in biometric completion, as i was out of city)
