ICAS CANADA - APPLICATION TIMELINES

Hi,
I just signed up to share my ECA timeline from ICAS.
It was a long and exhausting wait and I missed a lot of opportunities meanwhile. In short, I have got my Canadian Equivalent, Bachelors of Science (Hons.) in Computer Science, ECA Report via e-mail, and it will be dispatched via mail as well.
Learned from this experience, that the timeline updates are not made in realtime, please keep emailing them every once in a while, and mostly they will make you wait unnecessarily. My total time was 38 weeks, 3 months over and above 25 weeks threshold they claim.
My timeline is as follows:

10-17-2019 Assessment Report ready for editing
10-08-2019 Assessment in Progress
03-20-2019 Application reviewed for completeness and placed in the queue for assessment
02-09-2019 Additional Information / Documents Received
01-24-2019 Application Received
ICAS applicants from Islamabad, Pakistan can ask me If they have any queries.
P.S. Do not choose ICAS if you can not wait for 8-10 months.

3. Change of Name Affidavit (Name on Passport and Credentials is different)
4. Notarized Change of Name Newspaper Clipping
5. Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering
6. B.Tech. Marksheets from Semester 1 to Semester 8 (8 pages)
7. Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Management
8. M.B.A. Marksheets from Semester 1 to Semester 4 (4 pages)
Do I need to send anything else with all these documents to start the process?

According to ICAS, my file has been in queue since 4th February, the last time I mailed them which was about 3days ago, they maintained they were treating 30th January files. Till date, I've not seen an update on my account. Why are they doing this?
