Hello- I mailed my application from Texas on Aug 31st and it was finally delivered on Sep 18th. I think it took a while at customs and then got delayed because of Hurricane Dorian. I have noticed in many peoples' timeline lists there are delivered, received and acknowledged steps. For example:

How will I know if it was received? I have not gotten any emails and neither has my sponsor. I am still unable to link my application with any of my personal information.

Our entry on the spreadsheet has been deleted. I put a comment on the Q&A tab but I'm not sure if I should just add it back? Our application was received 9/20/19 (Outland) so I don't have much info but I'm confused as to why it's gone.
