I want to attend a friend's party

Hello am here to ask for some tips for visitor's visa.
I am working in my hometown I do not have any property I live at my dad's house I am 26yo, butIi have a good job where I make 3000 a month. I support my father who is retired. I want to visit my friend's mother for her birthday in January for 4 days, her son will make the invitation letter for me as we are friends and as a proof I have only pictures of our trips when he has visited me, we have traveled together last year.
They will let me stay in their house during those days, I have 12k in my bank account, also I have vacations granted from december 23rd to january 23rd. So my boss will certificate everything I am stating here, plus in february I have to attend a job training so I am thinking of providing that course I need to attend. I have visited other countries but I have never got any visa, so this is my first time, also I am single, I dont know what other ties I can provide. Do I have good chances to get the tourist visa? I'd appreciate your help.

You're going to really need to explain why you would travel around the world for four days to celebrate your friends moms birthday. That sounds like a very very odd purpose of travel.

I have many friends that have traveled from US, Canada, India, China to visit me so to me that is not odd.
Do you have any suggestion about how can I prove ties to my country??
I ve been thinking my dad has some loans to pay to the bank I have been paying that for him... so maybe can I say thats one of my responsabilities? and prove I have been giving him money.
Also my employer told me I will have to attend a job training as soon as I resume my job activities.

Are those enough ties?

If you state that the purpose of your trip is to visit Canada for four days to attend a friend's mother's birthday party, that is odd.

How many people travel the world to attend their friend's mother's birthday?

It doesn't matter if it's odd to you, it matters if it's odd to the visa officer. You need to think about that purpose of visit. Are you romantically involved with the friend's mother? Did she raise you as a child? Why would you visit a friend's mother's birthday party?

You are missing the point in that fair enough travel to a friends celebration , but your friends mum that will sound a bit odd to immigration plus you have a month off for a 4 day trip.

Maybe focus of the trip should be to visit your long term friend who has visited you and is now reciprocating a visit by you.

Which country are you coming from? If you are presently in the states I can see a 4 day trip as I have gone to vegas from Canada for only a few days. If you are coming from a farther country only 4 days doesn't make sense and can cause suspicion. Also considering your vacation leave is for a month why would you spend that money and stay for 4 days.

You repaying your fathers loan is not a tie to you, you are not legally obligated to pay that, and if you were that would be another reason to "run" away from that and stay in Canada.

School

You might as well try and apply and see what happens, no one here will be able to tell you for sure.

Actually I do not know what could be a good purpose of visit?
for how many days do you recommend? because after that trip I was thinking of booking some tickets to visit another country along with my father

I was abroad for some months and I have been sending money to him so i have the receipts. My employer registered me for a training it says my name, day of training commence on the header says the name of the institute that will be training me for a month. is that enough?

you can mention that property doesn't matter if its where you are living. Do you really only want to stay for 4 days? How long do you actually want to stay?

well, I wanted to visit that country for 8 days so also I can know more places but i have heard the winter is so damn cold over there and maybe the weather wont permit it and am not used to visit cold weather places.
I was reading that the property must be in the same city where I am living.... actually soon I am going to rent an apartment close to my job, the owner of that house told me we must make a contract for a year. In case we sign the contract, should I submit that contract?

Any suggestion?[/QUOTE please find another suggestion to the visa officer try convincing him or her but a friends birthday won’t work no officer will ever issue you a visa as per your reasoning period but my suggestion could be TOURISM then choose a state you wanna go too mention things you wanna do or visit list them down and reasonably why you want to go there. Then try your luck
