Student permit application in Japan (filipino)

I am yet to start my student permit application while im base here in Japan. Just want to ask how any one here got through with all the requirement and or the application in general being base oversea?

Being based overseas makes it harder to get a study permit, especially if you won't be able to return to the country where you applied from after you finish your studies. However, it is not impossible to do so, you will have to follow the same processes as is required for the country you are applying from.
