Dear All,
Greetings from India!

I am Deep from Gurgaon India. I am 32 years old working professional in logistics and transportation industry. I submitted my profile in CIC under Express Entry pool but because of my low score (should be bcz of my age) I didn't get invitation to apply. My profile was expired in May'2019.

As another option to come to Canada, I applied for Student Visa but same got rejected by CIC, reason - Potential Immigrant. I did not apply for the student visa again, as advised by many, I should not apply bcz there are chances for 2nd rejection and with 2 rejections, my profile will be very weak for any future applications.

Now I've decided, instead of me (bcz I have got 1 rejection recently), my wife should go to Canada on visitor visa - search for job while living there - get offer letter or acceptance from employer - come back to India - apply work visa - return to Canada and start working. My wife is a post graduate and has 10 years of outstanding work experience in Logistics and Transportation. She has expertise in Luxury Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Customer Service and Coordination, Warehousing and Distribution Management etc at PAN India level. She is currently handling PAN India logistics business for top tier luxury customers like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermes, Chanel etc.

- Need to know that whatever I am thinking is feasible and workable OR not?
- Is my wife be eligible to give interview on tourist visa and once accepted, she can convert it to work visa?
- What do you think, how much time it will take for my wife to get a job in Canada?

Appreciate your reply at the soonest. Thanks again for your time.

Best Regards,
Deep

This plan is pretty much impossible, given her line of work.

you’re better off recreating your Express Entry profile (make your wife do her own as well, with IELTS, ECA, etc.) and applying to PNPs.

Thanks for your reply but applying for PNP from outside of Canada is pretty much impossible too. I have tried but couldn't succeed. Further, Majority of the PNP's require job offer to apply and this is also impossible as well. Dont know what to do....:(

PNPs without job offers exist, but they obviously fill up quickly.

The trick is to be ready with all your documents/requirements and apply as soon as they open.

and wait when they do open.

that’s a more realistic and likely plan than you or your wife getting a job in Canada on a TRV.

you should check the other forums on this site. It is not an instant-results plan; it may take several months or a year. But again, this is the best and most realistic way for you.
