Hello everyone! Did any applied for child benefits during temporary residency (I am on work permit since January 2018)? Could you share with details of the process? Is it safe to apply when yuh wait for pr?

You only qualify after 18 months and your child must be living with you.

yes, I know how to google...I even applied but haven’t submitted forms yet. I am more interested in live experience who did it already(that’s why forums are for, right). Especially does it have any negative impact on pr application...?

Why would you think it would have a negative impact on a PR app? They have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
