I have paid CAD $14,250(tuition fees) by wire transfer and it is updated in my portal. But unfortunately, my study permit got rejected 3 time. So I was trying to apply for a refund of my tuition fees but unable to do so.

For wire transfer, additional routing information is needed. I have contacted University people but they asked me to contact my home bank. I contacted to bank people also but they said there is no Routing Information for banks in India and cannot provide that information. Now how should I get my money back.

This info should come from baroda bank, it is their CAD processing partner bank in Canada that you need if they are sending CAD. I believe it is bank of montreal but the exact details you will need from your bank, so talk to someone else.

Yes, I got my tuition fee refund. I have a bank account in State Bank of India. And I tried to contact SBI people but none of them was able to tell about routing information. Then I went to HDFC bank and they told me routing information can be found on the internet and SBI people should know this. Then from this link: https://www.sbi.co.in/portal/web/nri/correspondent-bank-accounts I got the routing information.
For your bank search on google "your bank name Correspondent Bank Account Details".

I mailed to University also regarding my problem and they gave following reply:

Thank you for your email.

In answer to your questions.

Bank routing instructions: This is the name of your bank and the banks address. You must obtain that information from the bank.

Bank Swift , branch , IBAN numbers will need to be obtained from your bank. Some banks may not have an IBAN or sort code this can be left bank if it is not a mandatory field.

Take note that the only information that is required which is linked to Concordia is your student identification number and the amount.

All other information comes from either your bank, or your personal information.

As mentioned before some banks may not have an IBAN or sort code in this case the field can be left blank.

I do hope the above information will assist you.

I also tried this way like for ICICI bank their correspondent bank is Royal bank of Canada Toronto as shown in link below:
https://www.icicibank.com/nri-banking/money_transfer/corespndnt-bnk-list.page?

But I am still confused at some points:

1. What I have to fill in Canadian Correspondent bank 1, Correspondent Bank 2 and Correspondent bank 3?
2. In additional routing information what I have to fill in Intermediary bank name?
3. Whether I have to provide the address of Royal bank of canada Toronto, their branch code, swift code and the account number mentioned on the link provided by ICICI bank for their intermediary banks?
4. Personnel of my branch are also telling me that they don't have any IBAN and sort code, so could I leave those fields blank?

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hi, I applied to Concordia university, I am yet to get my visa, but unfortunately my brother dies last week, so now I have to stay in my country to support my family. Will be able to get a refund from Concordia?
