Address on documents from overseas(e.g. traffic history)

Hi guys.
I am living in B.C. Canada now. I had lived in Queensland Austrailia so have to get the traffic history document. I am able to get that document through online. But, when I tried to change my address with my current Canadian address, their website said it is Austrailian address only.

So, is it okay if I get the foreign documents having a foreign address which I used to live in, but not now?
