Hi, me and my wife are currently going through the process of filling out the inland spousal sponsorship stuff. I have a quick question regarding the police certificates section on the checklist.
As I understand the checklist (IMM5533e), if I (principal applicant) currently live in Canada and have been doing so for the last 6 months, I should NOT check the first option but instead check option 2 and 3? Or do I check all 3?
For peoples reference, the three different options I can check:
Option 1: The country where I currently live (for at least 6 months)
Option 2: The country where I have lived most of my life since the age of 18
Option 3: If I have lived in Canada for the last 6 months, because IRCC will request PC on my behalf.
Thanks. So stoked to have found this forum to help us with all these things.
