Taking the current figures if the draw happens on 30th Oct, by when are the chances for 460 CRS as per your calculations?Hello everyone. I have a quick question.
I am currently sitting with a score of 455 with my spouse on the application (I am the main applicant) I will reach 3 years of foreign experience in March approx, and therefore my points will increase to 465.
If I apply with souse not accompanying my score would be 474.
With the current trend I don't know if it is even going to be at 460 by March 2020 or if something will change in the express entry program.
Should it be wise to apply with my spouse not accompanying and her to apply for a visit visa and then after getting the PR apply for inland sponsor or should I wait until March?
I really need some advise here.
Pd: o have CLB 9 already so I kind of max my points for now

go without atleast one among two of you will secure the PR and then even if the process is slow ur spouse will eventually get PR so just go with higher score thats what i will suggest
Yes, without LMIA or a letter stating that you will be employed for 1 year after receiving PR then no points job offer points will be granted
You can take my name out, I already got my ita. Had to change it to spouse non-accompaning
Hi There, If my company states in a letter that I will be employed with them for atleast one year after I get the PR, will this be good to claim 50 points? OR do I also need to have a LMIA? Please advise. Also, is there any existing template of the letter from the company stating that i will be employed with them after i get a PR. It will be really helpful if someone can provide a link to it.

Does someone have the data of the previous two years when they did FSW draws if they did another draw the following week?
I think May this year they did FSW only draw then did not do any draw the following week, which basically meant four weeks wait.

It is a personal choice because you would be part from your spouse for around a year. I think you are not far off to get invite with the spouse accompanying you. CLB 9 is not max out. What's your IELTS/CELPIP score? CLB10 is max out. If you can score extra 6 points while you wait.
I have gone with spouse non accompanying option because with the spouse my score is only 444 while without her it is 471. Received ITA already.
very rare chance but who knows there might be a draw they only stick with two regular draws a month
Dnt worry folks , there will a draw either on Monday or Wednesday next week . considering the number of people , there got to be another draw sure , otherwise there I’ll be a lot of people by 30th . If you talk about the same situation in may this year , there were around 1600 people ‘ between 451-600’ in the pool before the FST draw , and that’s why the next draw happened on 29th may , but now the situation is different

Hello folks , It’s not like that , u can’t just leave ur spouse here solely to increase your score , there got to be some strong reason for that . I have seen many files put ‘ on hold ‘ , specifically who had done this thing .
I got a question. I'm on my PGWP and a permanent IT job in Canada but no LMIA. If my employer gives me a letter stating that I will be employed for 1 year after receiving PR, will I get points?
I don’t believe there will be another draw next Wednesday 24th coz the election will be on 21st.
