DM on ECAS, No Change on Mycic?

We had a ghost update yesterday, so this morning I logged on to check my ECAS to see that the PA section is now at decision made.

Clicked on it to see “we have started processing PA application on x date”

Does that mean a decision has been made and we should receive PPR soon?
