Ya true on Sep 28th 8946 people were above 450 but than on October 2,2019 3900 people were invited so 5046 people were left above 450 on October 2. Now there are total 9632 people above 450 ( on October 11) so 4586 new profiles added by October 11 . Today is 16th

Compared with Sept 27 pool distribution, number of profiles in 431-440 range decreased (probably because of PNP) but 451-600 range increased from less than 9k to 9632.... bad news... high score profiles without PNPs are still coming in at a high speed. Just look at the past pool distribution... 451-600 range has been steadily increasing since months ago. Now I think it is safe to speculate the scores won’t come down. It‘s natural to see cut-off continues to go up with the current inflow trend.

So for everyone please know that there were not only 678 profile added after last draw. 4586 profiles with CRS 450+ added in between Oct 2-oct 11.

Last time in May they decided to do this and points jumped by 20, I don't know what will happen now
