Hlo guys...I applied for ECA in august.They last updated on 13 September that your evaluation is in progress.After that there is no update.I'm so worried.what should do to escalate the process.i don't know what to write to them.plz help

I had the same issue. My documents were pending from 26 August till 23 September, once i called and speak to customer service representative, then only i got the completion date.

One tip: maybe you can choose French language then when the agent picks up the call tell him that you mistakenly choose French and ask to be served in English. This is how i spoke to them, i tried English several times and each time they keep you on hold for 10 minutes at least.

My WES Application
- My Qualifications are as follows:
- Degree: Diplome d'ingenieur in Safety and Health from Algeria
- Master: in Entrepreneurship and innovation from Malaysia.
- I requested a copy of my degree and transcript (French Language) from my university in Algeria via my friend who brought it for me in a sealed envelop to Malaysia.
- Process:
- I gave this envelop to the Malaysian University and ask them to send the envelop along with my Master degree and transcript in one folder which they accepted.
20-05-2019: Account created
- My timeline is as follow:
12-07-2019: Application submitted
22-07-2019: Documents sent by my University via Poslaju (Malaysia)
25-07-2019: Document picked up by Canada post
08-08-2019: Document delivered to WES
08-08-2019 On Hold. We are waiting for required document(s).
13-08-2019 We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
20-08-2019 We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
26-08-2019 We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
23-09-2019 We are reviewing your evaluation report. All documents were reviewed and accepted. Your evaluation is due for completion on 21/10/2019
11-10-2019 Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s).

-I used Poslaju ( local courier in Malaysia). As a result, my documents remains with Customers for over a week
- Notes:
-I needed to call WES on 20/09/2019 to inquire about my application ( it was effective)
-My application did not go on pending for confirmation from Institute / University.
68 calendar days (47 days working days and 21 weekends/ PH).

Finally I received my report today. 6 days ahead of completion date (21/10/2019). Good luck to you all
