Hi ,
I appreciate any help on this.
I am hoping to get ITA through Canadian class experience-Express entry in next 2 or 3 months. I would like to know about upfront medical examination limitations.
I am the principal applicant for PR. Also, I am on open work permit and living with a spouse and child in Canada, they are also in express entry pool with my application(me as principal applicant).
My dependents will go for medical examination when I receive ITA., But I want to go for medical examination now (in next 1 or 2 weeks), could I use this medical report after 3 months while submitting ITA form ?.
I checked in Canada's immigration website, in 'When to get your medical exam'' section, it says that " You can’t get an upfront medical exam if you’re applying to sponsor your spouse, partner or child. Wait for our instructions before going for your medical exam''. please see link for that information
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html
Does it mean that I can not go for medical exam ?, Do I need to wait till I receive ITA, because of spouse and child in my PR application ?
Thank you, appreciate any help
