Hey Everyone,

In regard to the "eligibility" for in-Canada PR application under CEC class:

Can someone comment on these GCMS notes and see why review is required? It seems everything is okay, but still review is required....

I am also not sure if this means "MI3 A11.2": Appears Met and in general review required OR review required because of MI3...

Hi Everyone,

For Canadian Express Entry, CEC class, Security Screening is not yet started, but CV is requested. CV is requested a month ago, but IRCC agents say security is not yet started? What is the CV request for?

Because I was foolish to listen to my agent now I regret listening to that piece of advice ...

Even if Ircc doesn't count this experience at all I am good on points and MER criteria but donno why no activity at all.

The only problem I see is I made this my primary noc wherein I could've made any of the other 2 easily coz I had to put something there.

Has ur friend got any reply or can u please put me in touch with him, might help both of us

Were the dates correct ?
They calculate date to date instead of months

In profile ,it may count 6 months ,but if the experience is short of 1-2 days ,analysts may not consider it .

Medical expired August 9 2019 (3 months!!!!)

No movement at all! About to start my 15th month!

Anyone in similar situation?!

2017 Client technology analst - 168 days (i calculated from the start date to end date)
2018 Production application support - 180 days
2018 to present (job letter dates as of 24th sept 2019) Senior Production application support - 72 days

37.5 hours a week

No need to worry in this case if everything is consistent.
If the case analyst is unsure he parks file for in depth review before making final decision.
If he park your case for RR , he can’t give points for that experience.
Officer will review and pass it if everyrhing is fine ( recheck the NOC and duties ) atleast 70 percent duties should match.

don’t panic .Its normal.

were you applicant for anything other thn CEC ? I know for CEC you dont need POF.

did you try provide them more proofs for that ?

they set mine for RR for canadian workexperience and I have resubmitted my pay stubs.. submitted my T4s.... just to provide more proof....

Hi Guys,

I am a Jan, 2019 AOR and m stuck with RR situation on eligibility requirement ..without a clue on what specifically is it put on. I ordered GCMS notes however these are delayed. I tried reaching out to Mr. Goodale and is told there is a RR but no update as on what is it.

Please suggest how can I go about to know what has been put under the scanner.

- Request to pay landing fee Aug 7, 2019 (paid and submitted receipt same day)

Nothing todate.

I will told I passed everything and just waiting for final review.
