Hi everyone
I'm an international student and I did a post graduate certificate [1 year] program in a college in Canada. I didn't perform well in my last semester and I received an academic suspension.
During academic suspension I will not be able to continue the program for 2 consecutive terms i.e., un till summer 2020 and because of this I'm not eligible to work as well. One of the benefit is that i got married recently and my husband is a PR holder. So I'll be applying for PR soon. The problem now is that my study permit will expire at the end of November 2019.
When asked my college they said that they would give me a letter regarding the academic standing and program enrollment in summer 2020.
Will the letter from college be enough to extend my study permit? Are there chances for my extension to be canceled? or is the only way for me is to apply for another program? Please do guide me through this
