Created profile on 2nd of October, received an email on 3rd of October saying:-
Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your account and check your application status and messages for more information.

This message is intended for the following e-mail address: xxx@xxx.com. If this message is not for you, please delete it.

My NOC is 1112 and CRS score is 403

Any who received the same email before NOI or is this the email of NOI ? Please assist

My profile was created by my lawyer and from last 8 days he is not picking up calls. He not yet shared the details of my account- user and password. I’m in big trouble and that’s why I’m asking- Is this the email of NOI or not??

Could be anything. You have to access the profile to be sure.
Visit your lawyer's office.

You’re right, it could be anything. I have to login to my account to check an update, unfortunately, my lawyer is from Canada and visiting his office is not possible. I’m in big trouble because I guess I have to accept an Invitation within 2 weeks.

Invitation has a deadline of around 60 days, normally.
I created my profile on 19th September around 6 pm IST. Then received a similar email as yours at around 9.30pm, saying you have new messages in your profile. Turned out it was the general 3 messages that arrive as soon as the profile gets submitted and is online.

Apart, it’s mentioned on the Alberta’s website that we have to send the copy of NOI letter to one particular email as a way of accepting it within two weeks.

Yes it is that way with Alberta PNP.
You have to get to your lawyer somehow. Isn't there any other person on their staff that can handle your query? Do you have an office phone number or personal mobile number? Are they present online? Do they have a website?
Explore all the options to contact them. This may be a golden opportunity and you might miss it for their negligence.
By hook or crook, get to them within a week. One week has already gone wasted.
Also contact @legalfalcon as they may know how to handle such cases/lawyers.
