Post the letter and I'll tell you why it's fake.

Every single request I've seen on this forum about job offers has been fake. I haven't seen a genuine one yet. Even you must have doubts as you are asking.

Canadian companies very rarely hire from outside Canada unless it is a highly specialized field and a highly specialized position, and you would know if you were in such a position.

If the job is offering you a significant salary, free flights, room and board, and if they're asking you to pay anything for the visa instead of sending you to the visa office to pay the application fee yourself, it's fake. Guaranteed.

Now post the offer letter. How do you expect people to provide you with advice if you don't post the letter?

It's fake.
  • The company will not provide you with accommodation for a job that pays $24 an hour (I make more than $40 per hour and do not get free accommodation)
  • "The staff canteen" is not language that would be used in Canada.
  • "Shell out" is not language that would be used in Canada in relation to expenses.
  • No Canadian company would pay transportation costs but require you to cover your own moving expenses. In Canada, companies that pay anything for someone who moves in-Canada pay moving costs but not necessarily transportation costs.
  • "Supervisor" is not such a highly-specialized, highly-qualified position that would require hiring someone from outside of Canada. A position like this would be easily filled by a Canadian.
  • There is no mention of the LMIA process. A position like this would requite an LMIA approval to be able to hire a foreigner.

Importantly:
  • There is no person's name attached to the "Hiring Coordinator" name aside from a horrid fake signature for a "Tomaz Logiel". The "Canada" seal next to that is comedically poor and completely irrelevant.
  • Offer letters in Canada do not use badly reproduced corporate seals; they are not used in Canada.
  • The final page says that their "Agency" will be in contact with you regarding the next steps to get a "temporary work permit." If you sign this letter and return it, you will quickly find that the "Agency" will be asking you to pay for your visa.
Since you don't believe me already, call Coca-Cola Canada at +1 (416) 424-6000 and ask to speak to their Hiring Coordinator.

It's fake. You will lose your money and personal information.

It's not legal to ask the candidate to pay for the LMIA.

Yes they are asking for LMIA
Them asking you to pay for the LMIA is both illegal and indication of the scam. You'll never see anything.

Again, if you don't believe me, Coca-Cola Canada at +1 (416) 424-6000 and ask to speak to their Hiring Coordinator. They are open for another four hours.

Sir but Mr Amarjot Singh .. famous on you tube .. he said that the LMIA fees is 1000 dollar and is legal..
Then pay the $1000, never get your money back, and never get a visa. Don't say we didn't warn you.

My advice (and I'm famous here): it's a scam.
