I had applied for my student visa on July 20 and I got the first rejection on Aug 21 under the reason that
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I couldn't go for the Sept intake and then after getting a deferred offer letter I applied again with a stronger SOP where I showed family ties, bank statement of my parents, ITR along with proof of funds which was evaluated by a CA as well as Income proof of my sister.
Despite that, I got a second refusal for the very same reason yet again. I have applied for CAIPS but still awaiting it.
My profile stands like this
10th - 72%
12th- 57% (Commerce)
Bachelors in Financial Mkts with 4.33 GPA out of 7.
And work experience of 3 years with 3 different companies.
I am gonna apply for the third time after the GCMS notes come but I could use any other tips and help from you guys. Thanks in advance.
