PGWP- FAILED A SEMESTER.

Hi guys, I came in Jan 2019 to Canada and studied full-time in a University taking four courses in 1st( jan-apr ) semester and three in 2nd(may-august) semester . But failed all my 3 course in second semester.
I shifted to a college and I'm currently doing a diploma which will end in April 2020.
I will apply for my PGWP then.
Will failing a semester in uni would be a problem? And do I have to send my university transcript or mention about university in my application for PGWP?

Interesting ! I am new to this forum and could be wrong. But logically , Considering that you must have been full time during the previous 2 term , you may be eligible for PGWP for the period of study of current diploma with exclusion of previous 2 terms ( since you did not get the diploma ) . However do search these threads for similar cases.

You don't have to mention the university program since you didn't complete it, you will only mention the programs that you want the PGWP against, that would be the diploma only. If they ask you about any previous program that you attended, then you will have to mention it.

If you didn't transfer but srarted new program fresh then you should be ok. They might ask for your uni transcripts to figure out if you were in compliance with your permit at all times. Did you work illegally at any time?

Do inform IRCC /CIC regarding change in your DLI .
