Hello, currently I am in my final year of graduation and will pass out in May 2020 and receive my marksheet by second week of July and provisional degree by August. My question is which intake should i target?

I have the same timeline like you. I'm currently applying for September 2020 but usually tell the institutions upfront that my final transcripts won't be ready until July 2020.
