have applied for CAQ online, i accessed my online file, and it states Confirmation of payment (0.0kb pdf) and Acknowledgement of receipt of your application (4.2kb pdf). what and where can i find the checklist to be printed? i have sent by mail to the address required, a copy of my LOA, a copy of my passport, and a passport sized photo with my name written on the back of it. What else do i need to send for my application to be full?
