The domain dillinghamconstructions.com only created last month so probably a scam job offer. There is in fact no website with this domain.

Just google this company (dillingham construction ) and you will find what appears to be a genuine company , but who even knows , with a completely different web address from the scam one above.

Original company by way went bust some time ago.

Nothing you can do other than ignore them, do not send any money and hope for the best they do not use your details for anything. Generally these people are in first instance after cash, the document copies are a bonus and an attempt to make them look like genuine employers which of course they are not.

It will be fake and has been seen before on this forum.

do not pay any money or share copies any documents,

Fake construction companies and fake hotel jobs are the favourites used by scammers

An offer letter without any interview to someone in a different country should be a red flag anyway and paying a fee.
