Do the best possible. Better you change your Job Title as well.
Generally the primary application sorters are only High School qualified guys.
And they can do anything.

I believe I will be able to change the job title in the letter from employer, but they do require 3 documents to support work experience and 1 should be government issue. That is where a problem starts since in other documents my position will be written as a Lawyer.

Maybe i will just wait til Lawyer is added to the list or look for another provincial programs, the Rural one starts this year.

I submitted my application in May. Most of my fellow applicant that submitted around June has got their nomination approved. My invoice tab disappeared in September and reappeared after 3 weeks yet no word from them. No ADR, no communication , nothing. What could be the issue? Should I make a formal request for status update or I should just wait?

Request your Ex nanager to provide Reference letter for the old date.
I submitted my one of the Reference letter for 6 to 10 years work period of 31 October, 2010 (For job period Oct. 2004 to Oct. 2010)
My SINP Application submission date was 1st January, 2016. And that was simply accepted, without any objection.

On top of that your reference letter must be supported by 3 additional documents with 1 being government issued.

I have a question regarding documents translation. Will simple notarised translation suffice or do we need to submit legalised/appostilled copies?

which means if an organization refuses to provide it officially, it can not be received by an ex-employee and the applicant will be disqualified in SINP.
