Will it not go below 457-458 forever????

Always indicate months you are talking about. I think we may see 456-457 this year. Then from January onwards, a drop till 452-453 before it picks up again.
Both, a b2b and a 3 week gap is expected near dec, jan
Let see which one comes first, if b2b comes first score will definitely go near 455
However, I think even wid biweekly draws, 454-455 achievable by jan

Dear Members,

Please help me understand this
Immigrant target for the year 2019 via express entry is 81400 and via PNP is 60000. Now, as all PNP's are routed through express entry, I don't get the logic why ITAs are not issued considering the PNPs? Ideally they should have a separate provision for all PNP candidates, or may be the targets given are just eyewash.

Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding how to calculate my work experience
Employer 1: Oct 19, 2015 - Aug 7, 2019 (Technically this is 9 months and 26 days) but Express entry system is mm/yyyy, so it calculates 11 months
Employer 2: Sept 23, 2017 - March 31, 2018 ( 5 Months and 7 days) but Express entry system calculates 7 months.
Employer 3: April 1 2018 - Present (1 year 5 months 3 days) but express entry systems calculates 1 year 6 months.

So in total i technically have 2 years, 8 months and 6 days and my CRS is 452, but my applications calculates mm/yyyy, so it becomes 3 years of experience which increases my CRS TO 475. I understand that with 475 i will get ITA in the next draw. So should i decline the ITA and wait till i reach exact 3 years based on days counted towards my experience or can i accept the ITA.

I have question. - If I want to opt for a 1 year diploma course in Business Management after landing in Canada, do I have to sit again for IELTS - Academic, or would my General IELTS result do ?
For study permit you need an academic IELTS but general for Permanent residence. So, in my opinion you will have to re-sit for ielts.

Hi,

Does anyone know if casual work experience counts as work experience for express entry?

Also, I am sitting at 456. Apart from work ex and French exam, Is there any other way of improving my score? I currently have max for Ielts, education, and age.

Thank you :)
Yes casual work experience does count. You will have to convert your hours into full-time hours. Like if you worked 30 hrs or above, that will be considered 1 full-time week. If you worked variable hours which are less than 30 hrs in a week, you will have to add those hours and them divide by 30. You will need a good proof like paystubs for casual hours.

You can try to get a valid job offer which will give you 50 extra points. Also you can look into PNPs of different provinces.

It depends on the university! Also some universities have their own test which is cheaper and easier. Depends on where you have studied before etc
