Hello, do you get SA letter in regular mail or email? mine ecas changed to decision made on Sep 27th but if I click on it then it shows we started processing your application on Aug 30th nothing else. Thanks

Understood, the theory is obviously a joke (no one spins a wheel for sure) but is there a common understanding on how it happens? If so, can we document it as a viable speculation? I have heard 10 different ideas in the past but with no fulsome clarity...

There is no workable theory on this yet. I have some speculation, but I will wait till I get my SA.

Thank you for the help. I can move between years tabs and links and so On. Cant filter any column or Row. As if i want to filter and see how all QC applicants are moving etc.. previously i was able to select rows and columns

How did you pay the app fees? Are you a rep?

You can pay and your parent or you can upload the receipt. CIC wants the receipt, doesn't matter who pays for it or from where.

The representative (immigration consultant) paid the app fee. My understanding was that sponsor automatically becomes the rep on the file along with the principal applicant but it seems like I was wrong. For now, I have requested my immigration consultant (rep) to pay the fee and upload the receipt to IRCC.

I wonder how long it takes CIC to update the application with the receipt once Web form is submitted? And how long does it take for PA to receive the request to get the biometrics done
