Did your college send u the acceptance letter alongwith fee receipt? Or both were sent separately on different days

I am in the process of applying for MBA in Thompson Rivers University but need clarification on the application.
I have a first degree in Agric and a second bachelors degree in Applied Accounting. My Question is Should i exclude the first bachelor degree in Agric from the application since its not relevant to the proposed discipline (MBA) ?
Can it affect my chances of getting admission in the school?

I have applied thru SDS ONLINE from India for Jan intake 2020 timeline is as follows :
Application applied on 11the sept
Biometrics instruction revived on : 12th sept
Biometrics given on : 13 sept And updated on CIC portal same day.
No update after that, any one under the same timeline ? Also how long does it take for any kind of an update? Please help

Applied Online: 25 September
Biometrics instruction letter: 26 September
Biometrics given: 30 sept
Updated on portal: 30 sept
Medical pass update: 1 October
