Hi, I need some helps with my file.
They asked me for additional documents on 19Th September. I e-mail Paris visa office the same day with the requested documents. My gckeys was still asking me for the additional documents. It’s been 2 weeks I emailed Paris VO yesterday and asked them if received and they said “it seems that the service did not received the documents. “I reemailed them the documents, which I believed they alread received but did not bother opening it. Does anyone have encountered same issue ?

Oh wow, answer u received any email about it? Did u receive pre arrival or background check started? Any requests? I hope Vienna will be faster......So I contacted IRCC today to see what’s up with our application. And apparently our application has moved from the LVO to VVO(Vienna). Quite strange. I asked why was it moved and the guy said the LVO is running behind on processing applications...

No, I haven’t received any pre arrival. But today they sent a letter requesting biometric.
On the email they sent it clearly said to send only by email. This is really confusing ...

Another update. Having had 'Decision Made' on ECAS since 01 Oct, I decided to webform London Visa office last evening. This morning received my PPR in GC Key and also an email from the visa office saying the application has been approved

pre arrival on August 12 and nothing... I see now that June applicants just get dm, so I guess background check will take loooong....Nope
